I have a buddy who told me at one point that while on creatine, caffinee and alcohol will have the same affect and wipe the creatine from your system. Has anyone else heard this or is it even true? I would like to read any studies either way on this issue if someone has one.
Also, when I'm cycling I take: Creatine, Glutamine, d-Ribose, Protein, ZMA, a multivitamin, and protest. Does anyone have any suggestions to what I should also be taking or what I can scrap? I'm about 165 and want to push up to 185. |

hey man, i wouldnt mess around with to much test boosting supps right away. idwait until you've been into lifting for awhile. id say start with protien Explore a few different protiens, some are more for staying lean and others will get you bulk and then you may have to ease off and cut for awhile. I see no reason for nat. test boosters at our age (19 and under) we our in our prime. i know when i started eating healthy i felt different right away, more energy and not lazy or "weighed down." Low fats, good carbs, protien, greens and repeat. A good daily is Megamen(i know GNC but i like it). Get something with aminos. good rising up creatine is Kre-Alkalyn.
Good luck man. -Stay Strong-

creatine- try PureCEE (or other chromadex tested creatine ethyl ester) oral glutamine is pretty worthless- try glutamine peptides, n-acetyl-glutamine or alanyl-l-glutamine (so that glutamine makes it to the plasma) d- ribose is a waste of money ZMA is ok, most atheletes dont get enough of these minerals, but other than cure deficiency it does not do much not sure what "protest" is... if its a tribulus formula- dont expect anything other than libido- has no impact WHATSOEVER on testosterone levels as a note- caffiene does not have any negative effect on creatine, other than requiring greater water intake (because its a diuretic)... the original creatine studies were done with caffienated tea |

no evidence that it does. However both increase water needs, so if taking creatine and your drink make sure to hydrate well (drink water both while and after drinking- though thats generally a good idea)
