Default just took creatine and...

I jsut took creatine, serving size, one teaspoon, just for the hell of it and i must say i felt suttin, like i felt a little surge, my mind was set right, focused, iw asnt trainign or anything but, is the creatine ultimately for energy? Or whats the sole purpose?

No offense, but if your asking this question, you really shouldn't be taking it. Do yourself a favor and read the stickies in this forum and educate yourself. You should always research what your going to put into your body before doing it. Or at the very least know what its supposed to accomplish.

xsen, it was all mental dude. +1 rep to joe for the obivous.

The first time i took nitrotech (before i started researching stuff and learned the nitrotech is just a hole in the wallet I WAS YOUNG AND NAIVE LEAVE ME ALONE ) my lifts all went up 10 lbs and i thought that the stuff was magic. but it was actually just me being excited over the stuff (my friend slapped me for thinking it was the nitrotech)

xsenbulckyX never take any supplement unless you know what it is suppose to do and how it works. Creatine and Whey have all stood the test of time but you have to be able to seperate the Placebo Effect from real gains. Creatine increases cellular ATP. That is basically all it does. Research what ATP is and what it does and then you will understand why people that bodybuild take Creatine. You seem to be putting the cart before the horse...
