Hey just got back from wal mart, picked up body fortress creatine monohydrate, was 19.97 dollars in american dollars, has 5 grams pers erving and 242 serving, its regular creatine monohydrate, like any other ive seen, but is this a good buy, i see that creatine is creeatine, so ill stick to the cheaper stuff instead of paying big bucks on like muscletech and ****, but tell me has anyone tried this, or is thiis any good??

well creatine wont give u results on it own...u need to make sure your diet is in check

I use it and it works just fine. Is it the best? Probably not!
Now to your question on "what do you feel...": Creatine works at a cellular level. Anyone that tries to tell you that taking Creatine made their bench jump up 50lbs is full of it. All creatine does, without getting into the chemistry of it, is swell the cells because of an increase in ATP. You may be able to pump a few more reps out because of this increase in ATP and having more Creatine in you system allows your cells to make more ATP faster. Creatine will add a bit more size to you due to the increase in cell expansion, but it won't make you the Bench Press King!
