i would worry about what u want, not what ur dad wants. ur not going to b destroying ur body, and its not like ur taking roids, just trying to add muscle.
the more muscle u have, the easier it will b for u to burn the fat off later on. and 19% IMO isnt that bad, but then im tall so i guess it doesnt look as bad. running will not help with gaining muscle. i strongly suggest u bulk first then cutt down. |

I know you said you dont want to hear you are too young but I say you are. I say a minimum of 16, preferable 18 to start taking creatine. But I know you are going to do what you want and not listen to anyone.
So for that being said, I would rather you take creatine in a sensible manner and not be stupid with it. First off, taking creatine with water wont do much. You need an insulin spike with creatine. Im assuming you are taking the regular creatine monohydrate powder, correct ? I suggest taking 5 grams (heaping teaspoon) post workout with a glass of grape juice. Dont mix it, just put the powder in your mouth and chase it with a glass of grape juice. After this, drink another 8-10 oz. of water. At your age, I suggest 5 grams being plenty. If you are dead set on taking 10 grams on training days, then take the first 5 grams at breakfast time in the same way with the grape juice. Then take the other 5 grams post workout. Some people prefer to take the 5 grams pre-workout but you dont want an insulin spike pre-workout, so I suggest it at breakfast. On non-training days, you still need to take creatine. Take 1 serving. 5 grams at breakfast the way I stated. No more the rest of the day. Always drink lots of water daily especially when taking creatine. As for your cycle, go no longer than 8 weeks and then cycle off of it for 4 weeks. This is due to your age. Again, I still recommend you wait but this is the best advice I can give. I hope this helps.

what are you getting blood work done for...depending on the test listed in your script your creatine levels may not even be displayed...for instance i get blood work done monthly for my thyroid and the only thing displayed on my results are t3, t4, tsh (thyroid related hormones). so like i said your creatine levels may not even be on your results...as for taking creatine i doubt the doc would care...i always talk to mine about it and he sees nothing wrong with it he just questions if it or any supp for that matter actually works...but food is the most important thing at your age...try not to drink so many shakes if possible replace them with chicken or something since i seems like you dont eat any other sort of meat

Mixing will leave a residue and not all of it will dissolve. Creatine has no taste, its dry until you get the grape juice in and thats all. Doesnt taste bad at all. Its just much easier this way.
