Just what can you mix?
I am in college and looking to get bigger for football, they want me at 230 ha, but anyways being in college its hard to keep track of what shakes to take when especially with different schedules almost everyday of the week. any tips or help? also just what can i mix together, i know i should take my glutamine seperate from my creatine, and my zma alone before i go to bed. But if I am taking i.e. half a scoop of protein, some no shotgun and some bcaa's before a workout can i throw it all in the blender and go or what?
my stack on top of eating a ton is probably (funds limiting), Bcaa's (caps), L glutamine, cex, noshotgun, zma, and probably animal stack vita's. and that even at a discount online place is a ton of money.
Any help is appreciated, and oh my numbers on my stamp are really old so ignore them.
