Help on Lipo6 dosages and experiences

first its mainly about the dosages.

Before i bought the bottles(2) i searched up in the net for reccomended dosages for diferent things etc http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/nutrex/lipo6.html there they show you how to take for Fat loss,extreme fat loss and more energy..on the bottle it only says for fat loss, so im here to ask about your experiences with this product its 6 cap a day extreme dosages and such. better safe than sorry u know.

How did you feel?
Did you lose weight?How much?What dosage?
Any tips or stuff to expect?

hmm also i started taking a 'colon cleanser' does that work?experiences?
Did you really felt diferent after finishing the product?
Lighter,cleaner,better?
Did that 'black waste' was flushed out of your system?
Any worms x_X?
Bad Side effects?

ofcourse i chose this 2 products becouse both of em help (if they work)
to loose weight either fat/water and/or poo...yes i just said poo lol

This is my second day on them both and i have not felt anything wrong.
Last night i used the bathroom and todya in the morning all fine didnt feel like diarrea or anything, hope it all works.i might right a bit of a review wish me luck.

and Cammo if you seen this, like how many pounds did you loose in your 2 week lipo6 try?

and did you just weight lift or added some cardio?
what type of cardio?job,walk,HITT?duration?
