Default protein shakes
Does anyone know if protein shakes are bad for male sperm?
Trying to have kids and don't want to spoil the goods!

I had mine tested a few months ago - I was told I have "Super-Sperm"

My live, fully developed sperm count was much higher than the average Joe!

All the good eating & exercise plays a good part of it!

BTW: I have 3 protein shakes a day.
