Default Mass FX/6 OXO/Powerfull/Cissus stack reveiw

Reveiw is still in progress, I have started them all (Except 6 oxo) on the 13th, I plan to run it for 1 to 2 months.

So today is day 6, so far I havnt felt anything out of the ordinary yet from the combo of them.

As for the 6 OXO, I had been taking it for about 20 or so days now, and I have noticed a nice amount of strength gain that could possibly be attributed towards it. Looking at my log I've had some pretty good gains in the past 20 days.. My food intake has remained the same, but my routine has changed.

BTW, the 6 oxo is generic from nutraplanet.

I'm taking the following dosages of the supps.

Mass FX: 4ed, 2 of which preworkout.
6 OXO: 500mg at night with last meal.
PowerFull: 6ea, 2 preworkout.
Cissus: 4g ed, 2g preworkout.

I will keep updating here, and in my journal with anything to report.

Oh, as for sides, I have noticed that I get headaches alot more frequently now. It however could be due to finals, and stress. Dunno. Finals are over as of an hour ago, so hopefully theyl be gone.

BTW, I am not trying to gain weight from this cycle. But wont mind having some gained weight, mainly trying for strength. I dont have a set eating schedule. I just eat when I'm hungry, stop when I'm full. Usually meaning I snack on something every 2-4 hours. Usually hitting about 3k kcals a day. I have a fast metabolism.

Raised 15lbs each week, for 3 weeks consecutivly. What changed in this 3 weeks? Well, I started 6 OXO, and ZMA daily.. Only real change I see, aside from lowering the reps. + the powerfull/cissus/mass fx for the past week.

EDIT: And prior to the 3 weeks of good gains, I was stuck at 225 for over a month.

Ya, I'm gunna go to a month. I would like to do 1.5 months, but I hear 6 OXO shouldnt be used for longer then 6 weeks, and since I started it 2 weeks prior to mass fx I cant, or shouldnt go for 6 weeks.

You got some 6 OXO, how did you like it?

Well, my sleep has been nonexistent the past 10 or so days. Hard to even get 5 hours of sleep.. So I would have to say that powerfull is useless as a sleep aid. Moreover, as I am continueing to gain strength, and endurance Id have to say the 6 OXO (generic brand), and mass fx is working well.

In addition, I'm feeling a bit more energetic, and have an all around better mood this past week even with little sleep.

I deffitly recommend this cycle so far, however, the 6 oxo is pricy, unless you go generic which is 95 cents a gram. Thus 50 cents a day. While 6 OXO is about 2-4 dallors a day.. If there wasnt generic 6 oxo it wouldnt be worth it.

Well, its become aparnt to me mass fx was not what was giving my cycle a boost. Sorry I havnt updated recently been very busy. But I finished up that cycle, noticed some pretty good strength gains which by the way all seemed to stem from the 6 oxo, because I ended up just doing a retain/mass fx cycle after a two week break and I did not notice a thing, nothing really changed during the time peroid, dont know what happened just no weight gain, no out of the ordinary strength gains, no extra endurance, ect.

I'd reccomend the generic 6 OXO, but I'd pass on the mass fx.

Thanks for the update Casey. That stack is really jocked by many people so it's pretty interesting that you felt it didn't work for you. I don't blame you yaboyjjones swears by that stack like it was a life changing experience Go figure

This is the Stack I did,
Mass FX/HyperDrol/kre-alkalyn.

I gain a solid 8+ lbs off of this stack with a clean 3,500 cal diet.
It is recommend to stack mass fx/hyperdrol together and should be done.
What I noticed from this stack was a "pump" feeling all day, pretty decent strength gains, horniness, weight loss and good clean solid muscle. Massfx/hyperdrol would be great to use if you are cutting also.

I'm glad that you make a judgement off of one person, who sounds like a noob anyway.

Go read logs and reviews and acutally try the stack out before making a judgement. Check out Anabolic Xtreme , there are plenty of logs on there and I think you'll enjoy them.

Some people could be non responders, which I understand and
6-oxo should be used as a pct anyway.

wtf mate? you saying I didnt take the stack? why the **** would someone lie about that kind of ****? I'm just giving my opinion take it as you want it.

I always have a bulkers diet and go after brute strength in my lifts. Yo, and you dont need pct with mass fx, its not a steriod newbie. lol (Just check out newb's law of probability) I used 6 OXO because its an AI I beleive, same as retain but its cheaper you know.

And moreover, I made judgements off this mass fx with two peoples opinions, buddy just tried it out for 4 weeks didnt think much of it either.

Frankly Ill just stick with some creatine mono, and some occasionall OXO. Which kicks the ass of a 150$ overpriced crap wannabe cycle.

LOL

1) yaboyjjones calling someone a newb

2) Who's passing judgement on anything. I wouldn't try any of those stacks anyways, now or in the near future. I do fine with food and just food. I don't get caught up in the hype of the "-drol" supplements. I wouldn't even try them if I got them for dirt cheap/free...oh wait, I did at one point...and I sold them.

Good post anyways Casey. Don't listen to yaboyjjones, he's well on his way to becoming the next dog20 BB4U troll

ya lol. You cant take someone very serously with that name anyhow.. And ya Danny, all those muscle building supplements are pretty much a waste of time aside from IMO creatine monohydrate (Not CEE, or Kre-Alklyn), protein powder, BCAA, and a multi vit. This is of course excluding things like tuna, and oats. Which I seem to actually be using as a supplement.

Oh he never specified what the 8lbs was made of, just that it wasnt water, so I think it could be possible. However, alot of it was fat gain.

Personally to gain weight I perfer to make my own weight gainer type night shake with: milk, oats, whey protein, fish/flax oil/seed. Gain just as good, or even better for me then most muscle building supplements aside from creatine, but its just water weight anyhow.

Nice review.

Just out of curiosity, you mentioned that you changed routines also? Do you believe this had anything to do with the gains/outcome?

Dannyboy - man, that shake sounds good buddy

It sure did

Out of curiosity as well but off topic:

Anyone know what the hell Clover Honey is good for? I've heard of Raw Bee Honey having great benefits but Clover Honey? Are the benefits similar? Not?
