Default CE2 Platinum

So I was at GNC looking for some kindof creatine product. The last time I got creatine it was called Creatine Monohydrate. And from skimming on the boards here I thought I kindof picked up that Creatine Ethyl Ester was the new ****.

I picked up CE2. It has 180 caplets which is good enough for 45 days(4 per day). I don't even know what Creatine Ethyl Ester is, but I believe it's just a more easily absorbable creatine then monohydrate was?

So I'm just wondering if I got a good product in CE2. I think that's the stuff I've been seeing here.

i guess its the MRI one.

well the book(the one sold in gnc for a buck) says that CE2 makes the muscle fill with water thruought the whole body and that for the results to start itl be after about 20+ days on it,then the best benefits will be at days 40+...so in a way if your willing to trully check the product out by the companies own claims youl need to have enough CE2 for 45+ days or 2 bottles of those

I hated creatine monohydrate. You had to mix that crap in water, and it seriously made me too sick to be lifting weights when I first started on it. At least this **** is in pill-form, and supposedly even absorbes better. I love it.

This form of creatine was discovred and patented at the University of Nebraska. It has an ester attached to it to increase its bioavailability, absorption, and ergogenic effects.

As for that particular brand, Im not sure. Ive never used it. But no better way to see if it works for you than to try it for yourself.
