Default instructions given to me for starting creatine

Hi

I am gonna give Creatine Monohydrate a try starting very soon.

The local suppliment store gave me instructions on how to load, and i have been reading alot of instructions on this website and some of them seem to disagree with each other.

Can you guys let me know if this seems ok?

first 1 - 3 days

7.5 g creatin + 5tsp dextrose + 1 cup water --- 3 times daily

4 - 45th day

12g creatine + 5tsp dextrose

Also, i am going to a christmas party and will be drinking ( ill be honoust, prolly alot) on one of the first 3 loading days of Creatine.. will this be dangerous?

Do i need to load creatine in my workout week?

I.E. could i load (if i workout mon - fri every day different muscle group) thur - fri - sat ??? (in other words can i load on a day that i dont train, for my example this would be saturday)

thanks

Loading is a waste. just take 5g before workout and 5g after. thats all.

still a lot of debate on that. with mono i would load, but no more then 20g's, 5g'sx4 for 7days is the usual protocol.

i dont bother with CEE/Kre-alk.

and drinking will dehydrate u, which is the reverse to what creatine will do. i just wouldnt make a habbit of it...
