For creatine, the main thing I think you should consider is that it is a by product of red meat, and how much red meat you do eat. If you already have a high red meat diet you wont get that much more of a beinifit, but if you dont eat much at all, you could have a pretty good up in endurance and strength.
As for othre supplements it depends what kinda effects your after? Nothing is neccisary by no means, but something could help for example recovery, or immune system, ect.
