L- refers to the form of that particular amino acid. there is also D-, and some others, as well as peptides and many many more that i cant think of.

glutamine is merely just broad reference to the amino acid, and when i read just that without anything infront of it, im assuming its the L-glutamine.

i would go over ur research again, or look around this thread more, as there r a lot better and cheaper alternatives. and taking it in pills is a really bad idea, as if ur going to supplement it, u need to megadose it at ATLEAST 10gm's, even up to 20gms and thats a lot of tabs. but i wouldnt waste my time anyway.

just bought some today at gnc. salesman was a real jerk. i asked him about 6-oxo and he had no idea. then i asked him if he knew who pat arnold was no clue- he just wanted the sale and he was fat lol anyway i added this to my stack for mass. ill let you know how it works

That's the biggest oxymoron: overweight people @ a health store.

Most workers at most health stores don't know much of anything. I walked into GNC the other day and asked where they keep their GABA and they lady looked at me like I was crazy. She asked the manager and it ended up being right in front of where she was stocking prior to me asking for her assistance. The lady then had the nerve to laugh it off and say it was "right in front of my face the whole time."

Oh yeah that's right...I DON'T WORK THERE! I'M NOT SUPPOSED TO KNOW WHERE IT'S AT!





I wouldn't recommend supplementing free form glutamine. You want glutamine?

i remember posting a journal article with BCAA vs. Glutamine...BCAA's came out the winner . better IMO. i even got 5lbs of BCAAs on their way over .
