I usually only use it after leg day, put an extra 10 grams in my PWO. Cant taste it then. But alot of the time if I need my legs the next day for a job or somthing I'll take an extra 10g right before I go to sleep with just water. Tastes like nasty ass fish water, but god danm does it work!
Its a staple!

Ya, I'm about to order a kilo of it myself. Just gotta choke it down, its deffintily worth it IMO.

I had this problem too, so far the best thing I have done is to pour the liquid in my mixing jar, then BCAA, and then protein powder.
It mixed a lot better than when I put the BCAA powder in after the protein powder, and the taste was almost gone. |
