PureCEE by scotts finest, tested by chromadex. (chromadex is the only lab with a verified test for creatine ethyl ester)

note- true protein is good for protien and amino acids, do not reccomend any form of bulk or powder CEE that is not vaccum sealed, even then it should be in 100 gram pouches or less. CEE is notoriously hygroscopic and unstable at high temps as well. you get a jug of powder and unless you are in a dry climate and it was stored in a dry climate, it may not even be CEE by the time you get it.

I think TPs stuff comes in 100g sealed pouches. I'm currently using SciFit Kre-Alk 1500. Liking it so far, but haven't tried anything else other than plain old C-mono.

no trust me, it doesnt. which is y i have lost $200 (excl. shipping) worth of stuff because they didnt want to seal and label it properly. also they shipped it wrong, so it took 4months to get over here, for customs to reject it, another 1month arguing, and now its being sent back...

jugs r just generic jugs with powder in them, no seal. good point macro.

I know you arent asking about kre-alk. But have you considered it? I have used both and i believe kre-alk is a better way to spend your money, it tastes much much much better (i finished off 500 grams of CEE taking 3 grams of powder at a time, i have paid my dues) than CEE, and I personally find it works better! Just consider it.

What kind of creatine is used in MHP's Trac Extreme? I've taken it and loved it, it gave me great results. Also been considering MRI's CE2, I took that and also good good results from it.

I know MHP Trac is regular creatine monohydrate with extra ingredients added to the formula.

Trac Extreme is a NO product.

It just reminded me of some of the characters on here that want to take a supplement but they don't even know what it is they're taking, what it does, etc. I know that's not you though but it triggered a memory, that's all

Oh I see lol well I knew it was a nitric oxide supp but if I'm not mistakin it is also a creatine product. That is atleast what category they had it under on their site and just wasn't sure which kind of creatine it was....

...anyways I'm looking for a new creatine, any suggestions? I've been thinking MRI's CE2 or SciFit Kre-Alkalyn 500 grams(for 34.95 it'll last me a long time).

Seems like people are saying kre-alk over CEE.

That is what I'm looking into right now is SciFit Kre-Alkalyn. You guys buy the pills or powder? Powder seems like a better deal where I am looking at and it has 500g. Is there a suggested use of how may grams a day or what do you guys do?

Are you suppose to cycle SciFits Kre-Alkalyn? 4 weeks on/2 weeks off or something like that? When you stopped taking it did you lose your gains?

I don't think you have to cycle it - there are two trains of thought on creatine, of any type. Some say cycle, some say don't.
I take the pill form, 4 caps a day on training days, 2 on off days. Two in the morning, and then 2 before workout.
