Default joint support

So here's what im thinking .....I'd like to start taking a suppliment for joint support or lubrication ....as sorta of a preventative maintance type thing.
I sometimes feel grinding in my knees, neck, shoulders..ect no pain but Im afraid if I dont take procautionary measure it may lead to it.
I dont know if what Im asking even makes sense.......but i know with all the supplement junkies around here someone could give me a starting point ....

"glucosamine sulfate and glucosamine hydrochloride"
"Glucosamine is often sold in combination with other supplements such as chondroitin sulfate and methylsulfonylmethane."

Hopefully your product is as effective for you as mine is for me

My mom went off her arthritis meds years ago and now used MSM and glucosinine and chrondritan sulphate ( I spelled it all wrong) anyways she loves it and says it works better than her prescription did.

KT, I would suggest a glucosamine/chondroitin/ MSM supplement. I personally like better, Cissus. They are both good but I felt the effects of Cissus much quicker.

Are you diabetic now KT ?

I know glucosamine has been shown in some studies to increase insulin resistance, mainly in diabetic patients.

bump. 1500mg is the dosage u want. any lower and it wont work properly.

glucosamine and Chondroitin worked well for me. got my badly injuryed knee back to almost full health, and i dont even feel it while doing squats now, or play high contact sports.

The MSM in the mix suppresses pain. It's a good thing out of the gym but if something's starting to get damaged in the gym - I wanna know about it before I tear something or put something out!!

I have never tried the powder before but I swear by the tablets. Just follow the directions and see how it works. I usually cycle this by the bottle. I go through a bottle and don't use it again until I start having issues with my knees again.

I found gluclosamine chondroitin to be crap and it did nothing for me. I like Cissus-RX much better. Fish oil is good for lubrication.
