wowdmaw has a spectacular aura about
Default no xplode

right now, im on EAS Creatine, 20g/day for 5 days, then 5g/day for 25 days, then off for 30 days.

im taking EAS 100% Whey protein (23g)/scoop. taking that once a day, in the mornings.

Also on a multivitamin in the morning.

Today, i had a scoop of no xplode....i saw a difference in lifts, had a bit more stamina to do that 1 more rep, a few more times.

my question is, is it worth the money to get it? from my understanding, it pumps you up, gives u better lifts, and allows you to get those last really hard lifts, that make the difference. true?

just to clarify, i know im young, and i know yall gonna say, just eat, sleep, lift, and youll grow like a weed. i know , but im curious, and want to find out as much as i can.

In my opinion, the only time any supplement besides whey protein, multi-vitamin, and fish oil should be used is if your training and dieting are practically flawless..anything below that and you're wasting your money. Especially with something like no-xplode..I mean, if your diet is ****ty and you're spending money on that to get better pumps and workouts when the main reason your training is so ****ty is because you're not eating good food in the first place, you should be spending that money on regular food in the first place. Just my .02

I use something similar to No explode called MVP high Voltage. I use it mainly when I don't feel so hot to kick start my training. It works very well. I can have a good workout even when I'm tired with this product. I love it. Like Zac I think that the most important is a good diet, even if mine is not perfect. But I also think that supplement has is place and I don't feel like I’m wasting my money.

Zac: In you’re opinion Creatine is useless if you’re diet is not flawless?
If so I and a lot of people must have a flawless diet because creatine is proven to work.

What I meant is that people are so quick to take the "easy" way out...when, in fact, it's not the easiest way out to begin with. Money is better spent elsewhere if you don't have a solid diet to begin with. Even with protein shakes...I know too many guys that take 5-6 of them a day and totally neglect all their other protein sources..what a total waste of money. Creatine is worth the money when you're taking in the proper amount of calories from proper foods to be able to give your body energy to workout with in the first place...creatine is not energy, all it is is merely a bridge in between two sources of energy, which is completely useless if you don't have enough energy to push yourself to reasonable intensity levels in the weightroom to begin with. I never said creatine doesn't work, because it does..it's just that all the scientific studies people have done and all the miraculous results that it produces is not solely the creatine, it's a combination of a lot of things, diet first and foremost.

If only people would understand just how much a calorie surplus is a necessity in building muscle it would really put an end to why bbing.com's most popular section in the forums is the supplement section. There's no easy way out.
