Just wondering how many people are supplementing with CLA?

Have you noticed any change in bodyfat or lean muscle?

What dosage do you usuallyt take and when????

Im just curious to see....

Personally, Im not fond of CLA at this time. The most recent studies on it have shown it to be non effective unless mega dosed. As for now, I say save your money.

I used to. I used it as a "fat blocker" effect not a "fat burner" effect that many folk think it is.

I took the dosage on teh bottle...forge what it is off the top of my head.

I cannot honestly report results as at that time in my training I was a pill popper like a whore in soho, I took so many supps and pills I didn't know what was doing what.

My personal opinion is that it is ok, not a magic pill, you won't see astounding results, but it won't hurt you either. Many folks I deal with locally here take it and some don't, and none are better off than the other.

i liked CLA only at high doses though... but it worked VERY well... but its a bit pricey at a working dose.

I never took it more than the dosage on the bottle...prolly why I never "got" anything out of it...LOL.

You should know better, always take at least twice the dosage
