2.never heard of that...prolly just an internet myth started by a retard. seriously for number 1, those caps prolly have what 1 gram, 1.5 grams per cabsule. creatine monohydrate you need more than that to make any difference, before cee creatine in pill form was a joke and a waste of money...i too bought some years ago, ended up putting it in the bait when I went fishing, for those bastards that stole my bait. mono you need powder, cee pills are ok as the dosage needed is not as great. |

Well, if you have the creatine tablets, you might as well use them. Dont crush them up, just chew them or take them as directed. Next time, or you can now if you really are against the tablets, buy regular creatine powder. Its easier to get higher dosages with the powder and its more cost efficient.
Whey protein causing high cholesterol is purely a myth.
