well idk 4 sure as far as formulas and percentages go, but ur gonna want alot of casein protein for the slow digestion over the course of nighttime. just my bit that i knew, but % idk man. sry. id say do one like that one u put:
30% Calcium Caseinate 25% Whey Protein Isolate Microfiltration 5% Egg White 40% Micellar Casein but id say get some more opinions

i found a % i think is good...its just like dantes pre-bedtime mix but altered some a little bit
20% Calcium Caseinate 10% Milk Protein Isolate 25% Whey Protein Isolate Microfiltration 10% Egg White 5% Hydrolized Casein 30% Micellar Casein
