ProLab PhosphoCreatine. I have some of this, any opinions on the quality and how I should dose? I don't care to do a loading cycle.

Nutritional Information
Serving Size: 1 level scoop (40 g)
Total Carbohydrates 29g 10%
Sugars 4g
Vitamin A (as Beta Carotene) 550 IU
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 120mg
Vitamin B6 (as Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate) 2mg
Phosphorus (as Monosodium Phosphate, Disodium Phosphate and Dipo 150mg
Sodium (as Monosodium Phosphate and Disodium Phosphate) 160mg
Potassium (as Dipotassium Phosphate) 60mg
Creatine (as Creatine Monohydrate) 5g
L-Glutamine 1g
Taurine 1g
Betaine 200mg
Serving Size 1 level scoop (40 g)
Ingredients Maltodextrin, Fructose, Malic Acid, Natural and Artificial Flavors, Grape Seed (for color), Citric Acid, Acesulfame Potassium.
Servings Per Container 2 lbs.

That looks like your basic creatine monohydrate formula. With a few extra ingredients added like taurine, etc. Just take it as directed. Take a scoop before training and 1 after. You should also consume 1 serving on non-training days as well.

Recently I ordered the Sci-fit Kre-Alkalyn (1500mg). Planning to start using it on Monday, my question is on the bottle it says to take 2 in the morning when you wake up then 2 prior to workout. My schedule is pretty much like this, I get up in the morning and eat immediately, then about 1.5 hours later I take No-Xplode wait 45 minutes then go to gym. Does it matter if I take the Kre-Alkalyn first thing in the morning then again about 2.5 hours later, or is there a better way to spread it out with my schedule

Take 2 capsules pre-workout and 2 capsules postworkout on your training days. On your non-training days, just take 2 capsules, usually around breakfast.

No, CEE is still as popular as ever. Kre-alkalyn is starting to gain popularity though.

Woot!! Go Kre-Alkalyn.. heh 4th day on it.. My squat went up 15lbs and +2 reps, could be the kre-alyklyn, but I dont know, I didnt even wait a full week to do my squats, more like 4-5 days, so I dunno... Maybe it was from my new multi-vit? lol

I really like the kre-alkalyn. When I start training again Wednesday, Im going to use the new liquid kre-alkalyn by AAEFX. I will post my reviews on it.

Ya, I remeber, and I am waiting egarly.. Although, I just got some in pill form, and am ordering some No-Explode from Dannyboy, so it would be a while before I could try that stuff out.

Did you get gains with kre-alkalyn in the first couple days NiteHawk?
