i have decided to go with sci-fit 1500 (kre-alkalyn)
you are not susposed to (or dont have to) do a loading phase correct?
also i was wondering what were some alternative drinks i could have instead of water, like can i have juice, iced tea etc. or will i get the most out of it with water. 4 litres a day?

No, you do not need to load with kre-alklayn or any creatine for that matter. I take my first serving of kre-alkalyn with a pre-workout energy drink and my second serving with my post workout shake. No special drinks or liquids needed to take it with. Yes, keep your water intake high as with any creatine and high protein diet.

Yes, water is the best. If you get tired of plain water, you can add some crystal light to it or those on the go tube mixes for your water.

With kre-alklayn, they say there is no need for cycling.

Default Non-lifting days?

Should you take Creatine on non-workout days as well, just to keep your muscles primed?

Yes sir. The creatine helps keep your muscle saturated (something you want)

As far as the dosage....well that depends on what creatine you're taking!
