Traz, I really enjoy your posts on various forums. Here are a couple of questions for you or any others out there: 1.) have you heard about a product from VNS Nutritional Sciences called "Jacked". It's CE2, Citruline Malate and DiArginine Malate? and 2.) What do you think of elliptical intervals one minute sprint, 2 mins. regular pace for tweaking my resting BMR? Thanks in advance.

Default Buffered Creatine Avoids Problems

I have personally tried other products from the so-called ten “leading name” companies out there and had little or no success. I was tired of wasting hard-earned money, as I’m sure you are at this point. I then ran across a Muscular Development magazine, and saw the ad for All American East, a company that has been around since 1980. I called Mr. Tom Harris, who discussed his products and I was blown away with the success that I achieved with these products in such a short time. He carries products such as Kre-Alkalyn®™, the real buffered creatine, which has no side effects and doesn’t turn into poison, plus it provides huge lifting gains and water weight loss. There are so many good products there, but I’ll let you go to the web site and check out these awesome products at All American East: http://www.trufax.org/aae/

complete bullspit

regular monohydrate if taken properly doesnt have side effects and doesnt turn into poison.

if you say it does, please kindly show the reference material that this was gathered from. and for the record, a magazine ad or an article does not count. please show the head to head research thats proves this product to be better.

Hey i was wondering after reading all of this, you said it takes 21-28 days to come back to normal creatine levels in your body? does this mean that you lose all the muscle gains you had after 28 days??

Maybe he is confusing "poison" with creatinine which is the waste product produced from creatine. Creatine can convert to this substance which is useless to the body.

not at all

what happens is that some ppl take creatine, load it and then see how the scale jumps up a few pounds. which then makes them jump up and scream "wow, look at all the muscle i've gained." then when they stop using creatine and the water weight subsides, they then scream "whats the point of taking creatine if you lose all the muscle you gained after you stop taking it"

for the rest of us, if any muscle is lost after the use of creatine is stopped that is more a matter of training and nutrition than the actual stopping of creatine

you're right, he probably is. which makes his information more comical.

higher than average levels of creatinine in the body is normal for those who dont even take creatine. it can be a reflection of the amount of muscle mass or the amount of protein eaten each day.

some ppl claim creatine breaks down within seconds of hitting liquid. if those ppl would stop getting their information from magazine ads they would learn that this is no proof to support that statement. but there is proof that creatine is pretty stable for almost 8 hours in liquid.

If you are using the creatine properly and eating right, you can start to notice some gains after a week of use. (from personal experince anyway). They are not giant gains, but they work for me.

If your trying to loose fat is creatine going to effect that in anyway or will I only gain water weight? Also I heard people say that you should drink alot of water when on creatine is this true?

Creatine Monohydrate causes some water retention...It won't affect fat loss so don't worry...As for the water...YES YES YES...To get the max benefit from Creatine you need to drink 1-1.5 gallons of water a day...

But also remember, holding the water is one of the most anabolic properties of creatine and its a good thing when lifting heavy.

The water is just surrounding the waste (creatinine), how is that benificial?

................ No you will not get bloated, no you will not get fat. The only weight you will gain is from water going into your muscles to make them apear a little larger. No biggie, I actully didn't gain any weight taking creatine. I have been on it about 2 weeks, and I have actully lost weight.. Little strange.. Down to 135 from 140.. I drink about 1-2 gallons a day..

Yes you will get bloated...No matter what you do monohydrate creatine will turn into creatinine. If you are really concerned about bloating use CEE or kre-alkalyn. I think this has been said 100 times now. There is nothing wrong with monohydrate you will just lose water weight quickly after you stop using it, and you have to take more of it.
