Thumbs up Kre-Alkalyn is for REAL

You are right Kre-alkalyn is some pure and potent stuff....This is because to be called kre-alkalyn it must have a PH level of 12 or higher thus NEVER allowing conversion from creatine to creatinine. Creatinine is a by-product the body makes when creatine cannot be broken down and utilized. This is a TRUELY 100% bio-availabe creatine. Ever gets the sh*tz from Cell-tech? That why....Cellucor makes the GOD of all creatines, its called M5. I have tries others, but none matches that. Tastes like I sh*t in my mouth when I take it, but it is amazing as far as gains.

Creatine ester orotate is the most potent creatine.

I know the company states its "the most potent creatine known to man" but its not a puff and is illegal to say so if its not true. So i can only think that it is the most potent.. or they illegally stated that on the bottle.

Cell-tech is nothing more than a jacked up monohydrate....and yes you can make some gains, but most are water retention. Newer cell-tech throws in some creatine AKG, and malate, which are better forms but physiologically does not compare to the kre-alkalyn. Nite you need to try some kre-alkalyn stuff is for real....no creatinine conversion, which says alot. That M5 is wow...good stuff....get on there web site and check it out. If you try it one time, you won't go back.

I did not know creatine monhydrate came in a liquid form, i knew of the powder and the capsule form, but I have heard that the powder is the best b/c it works faster...but im not too sure.

creatine serums are not a good buy... as soon as creatine is placed into water, it breaks down into its sister chemical, creatinanine which is of no use to your bodybuilding needs

taken from http://www.spinellinutrition.com/CreatineTest.html

Creatine works better in liquid form. False
In liquid form, you may not even be getting creatine, but creatinine, a by-product of creatine breakdown. Creatine, in powder form, is extremely stable. When exposed to an acidic environment or moisture for a long time, it will begin to break down. In other words, creatine drinks, serums, and various other liquids should be avoided, as the preservatives (e.g., citric acid, phosphoric acid) used in those drinks are acidic. Shelf life on these products may be several weeks at most. Unless you know when the product was bottled, you have no idea how much creatine you’re actually getting. New technology is on the horizon for stabilized creatine liquid products, but for now, stick with the powder. Also, if you’re going to premix creatine into your favorite protein or meal replacement beverage, try to consume the entire shake by the end of the day.

Exactly. For years they havent had a stable liquid creatine formula yet. Kre-alkayn by Sci-Fit is claiming they now have one, I believe its called Creatine Infusion. Its supposed to be buffered like the kre-alkalyn to prevent breakdown.

Nite takes it with grape juice b/c aparently the insulin spike drives the creatine into your muscles, I take mine with gatorade. I must agree with nite, mixing it does not help, what I do, take one big scoop in my mouth, then I chug some gatorade to wash it down, and then I drink another 8 oz. of water, this works the best to me, but everyone is different.

Nah,you will be fine. Creatine is tasteless, its just bitter for a second until you get the grape juice in.

I originally started off with just regular creatine powder then I tried Cell-Tech a few years ago. I switched back to regular a couple times because I got a good deal on the powder. Im back to using Cell-Tech and I really like it. Here is some descriptions of Cell-Tech...

Cell-Tech™ is an advanced creatine formula. Designed by MuscleTech researchers, Cell-Tech was engineered to build muscle size and strength quickly by forcing more creatine inside your muscles than would be possible using any other regular creatine supplement.

Cell-Tech provides the highest quality creatine, including a specific blend of different forms of creatine (creatine monohydrate, creatine anhydrous, dicreatine malate, and creatine alpha-ketoglutarate).

Cell-Tech also provides 75 grams of pharmaceutical-grade dextrose per serving, which spikes insulin levels high enough to store creatine in the muscles. Without this insulin spike provided by 75 grams of dextrose, creatine does not enter the muscle efficiently.

Finally, Cell-Tech provides exactly 200 milligrams of alpha lipoic acid per serving. Alpha lipoic acid sensitizes the muscles to insulin, which makes the muscles more effective at absorbing creatine. It also contains taurine.

Hello...is the a muscletech "pump up" site? Cell-tech was the sh*t in like 98....buuuuuttttt last time I checked it is 05.....creatine monohydrate is turned into 100% creatinine within 8.4 minutes, and that is if it is taken with water. Grape juice/citric jucies in general make that conversion quicker.....am I making sense??? If you want a insulin spike take some cinnamon capsules along with it....

For all those out there, please read this. Understanding supplements and know HOW to make them work better for you is about 50% of using them and making them the most effective. For those of us out there they are all natural, making gains can be very limited by diet and quality of supplements used. Hope this makes sense to all..... check out this site, btw.....
