Yeah I was asking cause I looked at your date and at the date the other person "wrote it" on the boxing forum.

It's funny because the poster gives props to some guy for "taking the time to write up the article" or whatever it is he said. It was funny

People are too funny. I was just making sure with you, I wasn't trying to accuse you of plagiarism or what not...

No problem. I thought it was kind of funny myself when I read it.

Not bad at all if it's just $17.80. It's sold @ my local Vitamin Shoppe for $19.99 + tax.

Not bad. But you can get a 1000 gram jug of regular creatine monohydrate for around $19.00. Ive been swaying more to the side of regular creatine.

swaying more to the side of reg creatine (mono/cee?) just because of the price? Or the effect? 500g bottle of kre-alk wasnt too expensive, and smaller servings too.

I'm glad to see your starting to see beyond the hype, and leaning in the direction of monohydrate Take it one step further and give the ISS Research brand a try. There's definately a difference in quality and results. Just make sure you give your body a little rest from creatine before you give it a shot.

And remember, CEE is not "regular" creatine. The only true creatine is creatine monohydrate, its the O.G. . The rest is just hype.

Are you still supposed to load CM? Thought I read somewhere that you don't really have to load it, like with the CEE or Kre-Alk stuff. Loading always was a serious issue for me

You dont have to load, but it sure does help to saturate your cells faster, and start reaping the benefits faster. Whats the "issue" you have with loading?

What about cycling creatine mono? You know I'm going to get the ISS Research Creatine Monohydrate 1000gms for $22.39 and that'll last me 2 months, so go crazy and take it for a straight 2 months or???

So far, no studies have shown cycling to be more effective than not cycling. Personally, I prefer to cycle all my supplements other than protein. I like to give my body at least a 4 week break of all supplements.

Oh yeah Traps, I switched back because the other form were not showing any more results than regular creatine and the regular creatine is more cost efficient.

I feel it should be cycled. After about 8 weeks "on" the creatine seems to be pretty much ineffective, even if I reload.

Furthermore, during your 8 week cycle, I'd suggest a reload phase of 1 to 3 days a couple times. Basically listen to your body. When your pumps start to go away, load back up again. But it should take 2 to 3 weeks, maybe 4, before this begins to happen.

Ok so on 8 weeks and then off like 2-4 weeks? I'm also kind of new to the whole creatine loading/reloading phases and that, so how does that work? Like I said i'll be getting ISS Research 1000gms mono and 5g per scoop.

When I would get creatine before i'd just take what it recommended from day 1 untill I ran out. So don't really get what you mean to "load up" on the mono after pumps go away?? I was just going to start with 5g morning and 5g PWO and keep doing that.

But enlighten me on how to load/reload, I want to get the best out this that I can.

Thanks.

Just follow the instructions. Initial loading phase is the same for any creatine product. Typically 3 to 5 days of 20 to 25 grams spread throughout the day. Reloading phase is usually 1 to 3 days of 20 to 25 grams, again, spread throughout the entire day.
