So far, no studies have shown cycling to be more effective than not cycling. Personally, I prefer to cycle all my supplements other than protein. I like to give my body at least a 4 week break of all supplements.

Just follow the instructions. Initial loading phase is the same for any creatine product. Typically 3 to 5 days of 20 to 25 grams spread throughout the day. Reloading phase is usually 1 to 3 days of 20 to 25 grams, again, spread throughout the entire day. |
