Fish oil vs Flaxseed oil

Fish oil and Flaxseed oil both provide a good sourse of omega3 Fish oil beiing better sourse of the two. So If you supplementing with Fish oil Is there still a need to use Flaxseed oil also???

I do - I just like variety & it also tastes better on a salad than fish oil

I use fish oil softgel capsules. I dont think I could bare the taste in liquid form.
