Default mixing creatine and bcaa's

well i take my scifit kre alkalyn like 20 min b4 i workout i was wondering if i could also take bcaa's with my creatine or would it like counter react lol

just have to say it but i haven't gained that much weight while on kre alkalyn but that might b b/c my diet is only half decent but the kre alkalyn has given me a lot of strength and energy every week i go up a few pounds in w/e i do but this might also b from the fact that im gaining my strength bad but i feel the energy rush i don't need as much rest.

also i was wondering in sci fit 5000 or xtend
or wat about this b/c it also has glutamine that i want to try

Your BCAA supplement will not react neagativly with your creatine product. As with your creatine product you are suppose to take BCAA's pre workout. So its definitally a great idea to take them together 20-30 minutes before your work out and I reccomend taking them post workout too with a protein shake.

I agree with this except the post work out with a protein shake. Take your BCAAs pre and post but post workout take your BCAAs and creatine immediatly after and then 20-30 minutes later take your protein shake.

should i take the xtend even tho my 100% ON has some bcaa's and some glutamine?
