I have noticed some good gains since I started supplementing with Scivation Xtend BCAA powder - I'm losing bodyfat but staying the same weight which only means 1 thing

ZMA is just a blend of Zinc, Magnesium & Vitamin B - buy them as seperate supps & take them together - you'll save some good $$.

Creatine honestly works. Tribulus, Glutamine, NO-Xplode, Ribose, were all a waste of money from my perspective.

Creatine is one of the most tried and trued supplements around. Most people will get results from creatine.

I also like Scivation Xtend as well.

I agree with the Creatine works as others have stated. I am old enough to remember when it was first a big deal in the late '70's and early '80's. It has only become better and cheaper. The other supps that I believe are worth the money (that is how I determine if they work or not) are:

Whey Protein
Multivitamin

I am ordering my first round of BCAA's, gonna give the Sci-fit 5000 a shot and I will let you all know how it goes and whether it is worth it given my present routine and time issues. These are the only 4 supplements that I think have been around forever, withstood the test of time, are relatively cheap but very effective. When you start adding others, you really have to be much further along in your training. Just my opinions though...

I just started taking CellMass and NO Xplode. I am about a week into it. I noticed a big change in my muscle hardness yesterday. But, I am not sure if it is JUST the CellMass or Both. I don't get a big energy boost or anything like everyone talks about when I take the NO Xplode.

To be very honest with you, most supps are bs. There are a lot of new supps that are coming out that have shown some effect in people, and these are mostly test boosters. For example, there is diesel test 2010, mass fx from anabolic extremes, powerful, cissus, and insulin is big nowadays. But if you are going to do all of that, just do the real thing. Test obviously works and if you do everything to a T, most of the time, you aren't going to have a problem. Of course there are side effects, like gyno (estrogen blockers work), hair loss (dht blockers work), aggression, acne, and if you don't bring your hormone level back right your balls can be an issue too and of course there are many more side effects, but you get the jist.-

I think creatine works, and it's been proven that it works. In my opinion, kre-alkalyn is the best form out there hands down.-
-
The best thing you can do for yourself is have a great diet because that’s what it’s all about, you can spend a **** load of money on all of these supps. But without a great diet, you’re nowhere. -

I'm really glad a lot of people, including myself, like to take supps to improve our body, and make us stronger. But make sure your mind and spirit are strong too.

Bump. I notice a definite difference in endurance when im on creatine. Theres less recovery time between sets. As for tribulus, i concur. its a waste of money. the half life is so short youd have to take it every hour to get a decent concentration in your blood. just not feasible. No xplode is just an expensive energy drink.

Screw zinc supplementation. It has been proven that your prostate accumulates zinc, and increases enlarged prostate, and chance for prostate cancer.

Nope not joking. The results speak for themselves. I really dont know how this happened other than increased test and hormone levels. I really did gain 10 pounds in 6 weeks by just adding those two suppements. I can easily understand why its hard to believe because at first i didnt think it would do anything either. Boy i was wrong!!

Hey Clayton, by the way, how old are you again?

Best stuff I've used is Kre-Alkalyn 1500 by Sci Fit, BCAAs, whey & FOOD! I also supplement with an immune booster, omega 3's & 6's and a multivitamin. I've tried everything out there being how I worked @ Mass Nutrition for quite a long time. I like to try out different products just for the sake of saying I tried it out and see if I liked it. I'm thinking of trying out SizeON Lemon, doing another Kre-Alkalyn cycle and possibly Superpump in the near future...other than that, I don't get too complicated with supplements. Supplements do absolutely nothing unless your diet is kick ass.
