Welcome to BB'ing on a budget. Is WalMart's Body Fortress protein and creatine bad? No. Is it the best for the money? No.

Having said that, when I started 3 years ago and added supps, I used the cheapest but read the labels. I have used both products in the past and I have had some success. They are not the worst choice for first time supps but they are not the best either. Buy what your budget allows and what your goals are.

You're the only person I've heard say that. ON Whey isn't a bad tasting protein at all imho.

Supplements are a fraction of what food costs. I never have trouble finding the money to replenish stuff like protein, creatine, or vitamins, its my god damn grocery bill that keeps me checking the couch for change.

you know what i mite do instead of NO Xplode that mite be better and cheaper-ill buy Higher Power's Arginine Powder for the NO effect, and then buy their caffeine pills as well to get the energy effect. so thatd make it about 10-15 bucks cheaper than the NO Xplode, what u guys think about that?

Personal opinion only. Since you are just starting to add supps., just add the Whey, Creatine, and a multi-vitamin for now. See how these work for a good 6 months to a year. Heck, try just Whey and the Multi then add creatine to see how it works for you. Build supplementation one supp at a time from your basic supps. so that you can gauge if your supplement addition is giving you any benefits. If you use the shotgun approach, throwing a bunch of stuff in all at one time, you have no idea what is working and what is wasting your $$. Start simple and then add. The more complicated you make things, the harder it is for you to concentrate on your goal. Getting more size! Remember:

yeh i hear ya there, ive made those mistakes b4. but i knew NO Xplode worked for me, i just figured this alternative method would be cheaper but the same effects. i def. know i like my whey, creatine and gettin a multi. NO Xplode has worked for me when i have used it, so idk probably just experiment a bit

No xplode is just an energy drink, as you know. I tried it, and it gave me energy, but i couldnt justify upwards of 10 bucks a week for it. Id try other alternatives if i were you, like maybe just making sure you carb up and drink a sports drink, or maybe a cup of coffee before you go. Noxplode is an expensive designer supplement.
