You want bad stretchmarks, do DC extreme stretching. In just a few weeks (so I know it wasn't me gaining 3 inches on me arms! ) doing that for my bi's, I've gotten absolutely wicked marks. The gf is repulsed...hahaha.

My staples are:

Protien (100% ON Whey or Trueprotein)
multi-vit (Megamen, only thing I buy at GNC)
BCAAs (Scivation Xtend)
Fish oil (Carsons)

I think I maybe a non responder to creatine.

I supp with about 35mg extra per day. Had my physical last week and the prostate is fine (trust - those *****es looked). Zinc is actually a quite limited mineral in most males that train and it's essential for several different functions in the body... I could see the damage supplementing in excess of 60mg per day, but I don't think lower dosages are killing anyone that is otherwise healthy. I think cases like this are caused by something else underlying. It's like those "studies" that say too much protein will kill the kidneys. Yeah, one that is already on the edge of failure and is dehydrated...

creatine mono: Body Fortress, cheap brand at walmart
whey protein: Optimum 100% Whey
BCAAS: Sci-Fit 5000
Multivitamin: just good ol Centrum

im also thinking about some sort of vasolidator like NO Xplod, but i will go with this for now. i mite try in the near future xyience's creatine with arginine and glutamine.

Most studies are usually quite subjective and you can always find conflicting info. Hence the usage of the word "may"...

I don't think there are any problems with the sub 60mg range (preferably sub 50mg).

I think that the optimum is fine, bcaa's are fine, and the the vitamin is fine, but i'd get kre-alkalyn creatine instead of the ol mono.

As far as a no-xplode, i really think that stuff sucks. It has wayy to much caffine in it and I think if it does work for you, you'll get immune to it real quick. I've tried a lot of Preworkout drinks, and I think you'd respond to superpump 250, no-shotgun. If you want a quick ready to go drink (RTD)for Preworkout- VPX Black Pearl, redline, Pump, American Body Building
Ripped Force-Ef Grape (Endorush sucks) are just a few which work real well.

well yeh actually right now im using both cheap walmarts creatine mono and whey protein powder, along with Centrum multi, but i do plan on buying BCAAs real soon here, and mite upgrade on the protein. as far as the creatine mono, i personally like mono the best, and mite as well go with the cheapest cuz it all works just as good.

i know for a fact NO Xplod worked for me and a couple of friends of mine, but body does get used to it, so ill cycle it once i get it. i will look into those other ones u mention tho and consider them over NO Xplod.

Stuff I'd never attempt to live without:
-Casein Miscellar (60g per day - I don't use shakes as MRP usually)
-BCAA (to the tune of 60g per day workout day/40g on non)
-Multi (AST or MM Gold)
-Sesamin (2-3g per day)
-Flax (6-8g per day)
-Vit B6 and B12
-Vit C (3-5g per day)
-Vit E (1200IU per day)
-Osteo-BiFlex Triple Strength (2 in the AM/1 in the PM)
-Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc

hey i was looking at stuff about BCAAS and i was wondering if they really work, and if its worth getting a separate tub of it or just having a good protein with BCAAs in it? and is separate glutamin worth it as well???

Supplementing with additional BCAA's than those in your powder is definitely worth it.
As for glutamine - it's a personal choice, it's definitely good for the immune system but the jury's still out regarding it's recovery properties.

How does this stuff taste on the whole? I mixed some in a TP custom mix and
