Delbel has a little shameless behaviour in the past
Default Vertex.

Hey guys. I just picked up Vertex its a creatine. I have been on many Creatines and know all my **** about Creatines. Now this product is promising 14 pounds in 4 weeks which is water weight but has anyone really used Vertex? And if so what is your feedback? I ask this becuase they are some big gains. Also if you where on it was your workout plan the same at the website?

The claims are similar to those of MuscleTech's products (i.e. "7 lb. in 7 days").
I for one, don't think that creatine quality varies from company to company unless the company includes an insulin spike in their creatine (EAS Phosphagen, MuscleTech, Six Star, etc.).

Creatine is just an amino acid, nothing more nothing less. It is nothing close to an AAS or such supplement so don't get too caught up in the claims companies make. It all comes down to who has the better marketing and advertisements with products such as creatine. You'd probably do just as well with Walmart creatine (Six Star
