Ok, I've heard from a couple of places that women's multivitamins are a lot better to take. They provide more of the essential things that we need, especially for people that lift. Plus, they're cheaper. Does anyone agree with this or has heard this?

True. I have heard of women taking prenatal vitamins to help their hair grow faster and thicker.
