Shakes are good for post workout and if you don't have access to an actual meal and need something in a hurry. Majority of your protien needs to come from food. 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg equals about 12 grams of protien that might be ok for my Grandmas breakfast. You need more eggs, I eat 10 egg whites and 3 whole eggs for breakfast.
