i have 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg scrambled and a bowl of milk and honey bunches of oats for breakfast
but someone said that i should also have a protien shake so which of these should i use

Shakes are good for post workout and if you don't have access to an actual meal and need something in a hurry. Majority of your protien needs to come from food. 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg equals about 12 grams of protien that might be ok for my Grandmas breakfast. You need more eggs, I eat 10 egg whites and 3 whole eggs for breakfast.

Mix whey or muscle milk powder in with your oatmeal. have some eggs too. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and you dont wanna start it with a shake.
