Clayton has a spectacular aura about
Default Creatine Mono. still #1 in my world!!

Im fairly new here but I have been browsing through a bunch of threads and a lot of discussion seems to be on Creatine and what type of creatine is the best. Im not a complete expert(still learning) but i have taken CEE, Kre-Alkalyn and I still firmly believe that regular creatine monohydrate is the best. I got nowhere nere the gains with CEE, kre-alk as i did with mono. A lot of people complain about the water retention when in fact its actually beneficial to you. However, I do know that everyone reacts differently and likes different products. Good Luck with whichever one you choose(Mono,CEE,Kre-alk)!!!!

What are the benefits of the water retention that comes along with creatine mono cycles?

well i figure on bulking cycle it fills ur muscle up more and allows more strength increse, but maybe CEE or Kre Alk would be better for cutting cycles. its whatever works best for u really.

yeah what Big K said. The added water in the muscles plays a huge role in the strength gains as well as more fuller muscles. The kre-alk,cee would be good for cutting cycles because of the no water retention. But with me, I also felt like i was more cut than ever with the mono. Its hard to explain. Just stick with what works for you.

Ive taken Kre-alk and its not all what its hyped to be but its still good.

Kre-Alkalyn really didnt do to much for me as with the CEE. Its funny becuse it supposed to get to your muscles more efficently as well as better absorbtion and thats what really happened with the monohyrate with me. LOL!! Just depends on your body.

I thought the water retention gained from creatine cycles goes away though. Besides that, water retention is just a temporary look anyways: how good is that?

The benefit of creatine holding water is that it drives water in the muscle cells, making them fuller and harder. And fuller muscles will contract harder. This cell volumizing effect can also help get rid of waste in the cells as well. Some studies have led to speculation the extra water in the cells can stimulate protein synthesis.

Right! I remember reading a couple of these studies even suggesting that without the water retention from Creatine, it would almost make it useless.

It was saying something LIKE : Extra water attached to muscle may bind with protein causing better protein synthesis...

Now don't take it word for word, but I remember it was something like this.

I agree and think my best gains have come from mono. Guess shaklee didn't cover this topic in sales training. LOL

Yeah mono rocks. Word on the street is... the INTRAcellular water retention is anabolic.

Well there are a lot of good mono brands out there. Check out some of these:

1. ISS Research Complete Creatine Powder
2. Nutrex Vitargo CGL
3. EAS Phosphagen HP
4. Muscle-Tech Cell-Tech(High in price and old but still used quite a bit by many people.)
5. ONs Creatine Powder

The intracellular water retention is creatine's most anabolic property.

Right, which explains why I have had and still remain to have better results with mono than CEE or Kre-Alk.
