Default If I take too much protein for to long.

If i take two much protein for two long can this lead to liver disease?

I weigh 200 and im planing on taking 200-250g of protein per day for about 2-3 months then im droping it back down to about 150-175g per day after that for about a month then do that first cycle again for another two months then drop it back down.Im planing on taking 2-3 protein shakes per day. Just wondering how much grams of protein per day can lead to liver disease nd wonderin if i should lower my intake.

Keep up your water intake & if you are that concerned, get a milk thistle supplement (found in any good health shop).
You shouldn't have a problem if the rest of your diet is good (bad diet = bad organ function).
