Prolab creatine mono. You can get it for about $20 on ebay for a 1000g tub. Thats 100 days worth at 10g a day. Drink lots of water like BiggerGuns said and dont worry about loading, thats a bunch of BS to get you to take more. Take 5g before workout and 5g after with grape juice.
