Gaspari Size - On any good?

just wondering i was told that this was better for gaining size than kre alkalyn creatine is this true?

I dont know if its actually better than Kre-Alk for gaining size but I wouldnt think so. I only say this because honestly i have not heard anything spectacular about this product. I have heard some good things about Kre-alk though. Personally Im a mono guy but if you want to try it go ahead and let us know your results. Good Luck!!

the guy at gnc told me about gaspari size on i bought it and im in love with the result my bench jump from 140 to 215 pounds but after i cycle off my bench drop down to 185 thats the only downside about it and the taste is bad mix it with spenlda

SuperPump 250 is way better. You'll get a pump while warming up!

Everything i've read about it has been excellent. Go read reviews on AM, you'll get a better idea of how people react to it.
