any drinks you can either have on the go...or drink throughout the day, that could count as some food calories?
im on they whey protein shakes, having 2 a day currently. I also have a protein bar sometime during the day when i get hungry. anything out there though, that i could drink during the day, at school? if not, ill prolly start taking a third protein shake in. |

well, no liquid is going to be better than the ingredients and what not that you'll get from real food...
if your relying on 3 protein shakes or other things, you need to focus and get your diet on the right path. THe gains you'll get from a good diet will be better than you'll get with supplements 'acting' as fulfillers of your diet. Follow me? lol

I agree, food can be fairly easy to tote around. All kinds of styles of bowls and containers nowadays to put them in.
Take some cheese, hard boiled eggs, jerky, roast beef/turkey sandwiches. All kinds of foods.
