Im just finishing my first tub of no xplode. took about 45 days to get through, working out 3 times a week. First off- taste. Blue Raspberry flavor, or whatever it is. I dont care about taste, it was fine to me. Second- effects. I never really felt the advertised blast from this stuff. Felt a little jittery, thats it. Even on three scoops, i didnt feel a great rush. More than anything, If i took 1.5 scoops, i didnt feel much at all, and 2 or above, i felt sick. Overall- I cant say id recommend this to a friend. I didnt get much of a buzz from it, but then again, ive never really taken a NO2 supplement so im not sure if i did feel it. More than anything, it wasnt enough to justify 40 bones.

I was pretty dissapointed, considering the hype this stuff has. It was an energy boost i guess, but nothing to be excited about. If you really just cant get up to work out, i guess this stuff could be of use to you. I forgot to add, the diarhea from this stuff is hit and miss. I only had it happen once.
