hey my friend is trying to get me to take m stak saying that it is extremly good.
im 17
140 pounds
195 bench max
225 squat

I have tried it and if you do a search you'd prob find my review along with a few others. It's not worth the price in my book and at your age, I don't think its something that would work well regardless. How tall are you by the way? For your weight your lifts are decent. Stick with a whey protein at your age and if anything else just creatine.

How long have you been training?You should'nt take M-Stack at your age.Unlike joe526 i'll have to say its a great supplement.
