Cool My Stack,your thoughts

This is the stack i'll be taking from next month combined with 6 small meals.What do you think about this stack?

(1)ON 100% Whey protein
(2)V-12 turbo
(3)Super Complete Formula(Multi)
(4)Super Amino 2000
(5)Flax seed oil
(6)ON 100% Egg protein(Pre bed shake)
(7)Omega 3

Think it looks good. Out of curiosity, doesn't egg protein taste like A$$?

Thanks buddy.What else am i suppose to take as pre bed shake?I have used ON 100% Casein Protein and it tasted even worse .

By the way i have'nt tried ON 100% egg protein before.I have tried Egg protein by Universal nutrition and it was horrible.

Wake up in the middle of the night and drink a shake with skim milk.

You could always just eat some cottage cheese and 2 tblsp of pb

I like to drink milk.I'll drink 500ml with 2 scoops of ON 100% whey protein pre workout and 500ml with 1 scoop of ON 100% Egg protein pre bed.That way i'll also be taking 33g protein by milk daily.

Cottage Cheese before bed is a great.
The protein digestion is slower, which is what you want before bed.

I think the stack is great and will work well with the 6 meals you have planned.

The chocolate does but the vanilla is suprisingly decent.

meriaiza why don't you take Muscle Milk from Cytosport .. gr8 pre bed shake and cheaper than ON eeg protein, and tastes great .. vanilla or strawberry banana( actually all their products taste great

thats true, but the amount of omega 3's in flax isnt as concentrated as fish oil etc.
