Most weight gainers have a lot of useless junk in it, not to mention, you can save yourself some money by making your own bro!!

I tried it once because I got a great deal on it. Only like $20 bucks for the tub.
Im not a big fan of weight gainers but I will say this one is probably the best. Its main source of carbs is oats and barley, not sugars. So it is a higher quality weight gainer. The taste wasnt the best but its a decent product.

Bump on making you own weight gainer. If you've got a blender you're all set. I use:
1 cup Cottage Cheese 1 scoop protein powder (flavour of your choice) 2 TBSP of SesaLean (can used PB, or another type of oil if you don't have SesaLean kicking around) Splenda to sweeten Oats - throw in whatever amount you need for the given situation Can spice it up with cinnamon, vanilla extract, fruit. Blend it up and drink it. solid meal that is fast and tasty as hell.
