Why don't you just make your own weight gainer?
Most weight gainers have a lot of useless junk in it, not to mention, you can save yourself some money by making your own bro!!

potato salad is a favorite meal of mine, but preworkout it kinda sucks...it has a lot of mayo in it so it should be cheat days only really. plus u want slow burning carbs and protein...preworkout meal should look more like milk and oatmeal and postworkout should be whey, honey, some oats, banana

everything else looks fine but the pre and postworkout meals really have to go

I tried it once because I got a great deal on it. Only like $20 bucks for the tub.

Im not a big fan of weight gainers but I will say this one is probably the best. Its main source of carbs is oats and barley, not sugars. So it is a higher quality weight gainer.

The taste wasnt the best but its a decent product.

Bump on making you own weight gainer. If you've got a blender you're all set. I use:

1 cup Cottage Cheese
1 scoop protein powder (flavour of your choice)
2 TBSP of SesaLean (can used PB, or another type of oil if you don't have SesaLean kicking around)
Splenda to sweeten
Oats - throw in whatever amount you need for the given situation

Can spice it up with cinnamon, vanilla extract, fruit. Blend it up and drink it. solid meal that is fast and tasty as hell.

Use it as a meal replacement, you posted what you eat but not the amount of time inbetween the meals use it inbetween the longer spans

Use it as a meal or you can use it anytime during the day for a boost of calories and protein.

BUMP to that hathy. A real solid workout meal can also consist of a nice fat plate of pasta with some grilled chicken on top A nice fat glass of milk to compliment and you're off to go!

What standards would a weight gainer have to meet for the product to be "good"?

You have several members telling you when to take the shake, you have the rest telling you to make your own weight gainer, therefore responding negatively to the use of the weight gainer. Pretty much like saying no
