Default creatine question

so i was wondering if you weight more than the average person if you should take more than the normal dose of creatine.

i saw some creatine product and it said if you weight in excess of 225 to take more creatine.

just curious.. i thought that it didnt matter.

The more you weigh, the more mass there is to saturate with creatine so I'd take more if it says to.

Remember, the average person is capable of holding around 150-170 grams of creatine with supplementation. You are probably at the high end, maybe slightly higher due to your weight.

The thing is once you start feeling the good effects of creatine, there is no need to increase the dosage. Your muscle cells can only absorb so much. You cant force them to hold more than they are capable of regardless of how much creatine you take.

As Ive said for an example...You cant put 16 oz of water in a 12 oz. glass.
