take the blend in the morning/right before bed/during the day when you need extra protein. you can do either or all three.
take the whey within a half hour after your workout. i'm trying to bulk so i take a blend for breakfast, once two hours before my workout, an hour after my post workout meal, and one before bed. i take the whey 30 mins after workout, which is 30 mins prior to my post work out meal. |

@ Cammo, I'm not sure about the concentrate or isolate. I have a tub of ON Pro Complex (a protein blend) and I am planning on buying ON 100% Whey Gold Standard. I assumed the Pro Complex blend was referring to different a mixture of types of protein such as whey, egg and casein rather than just a blend of whey concentrates and isolates...? Thanks for the help everyone! I think I will take the blend in the morning and before bed, and the other one pre and post-workout. Sound okay?
