theres different kinds, i dont know what to get. also, whats a good flavor? does the chocolate actually taste like chocolate!?

I get ON 100% whey protein. Chocolate is good.

Get a whey isolate, it'll be a bit more expensive but it's worth it in respect to both flavor and results.

Hence why we preach READ! on this forum. I use chocolate and vanilla flavors, just for a variety, and add fruit to my morning shake. I add Creatine and Oatmeal to my post workout shake. At work I will add Vanilla whey to bowl of Oatmeal for a snack! Try some out. If you are worried about taste, get a small container until you find a brand and flavor you will like. Don't put too much thought into it, just get a good, high quality, Whey protein mix.

I'd say get vanilla. If you don't like it, add some cocoa.
I actually prefer the taste of that to the 'Double Rich Chocolate' I'm now using.
My next purchase will be vanilla again.

not all whey protein is the same. some are processed differently and have different % protein, also some digest faster then others. i guess as long as i get a good flavor then it'll be worth it

ON 100% whey is a blend of isolates & concentrates and is very good value for money - get the 10lb bag.
(it's one of the better tasting powders too IMO).

Yeah, I wish chocolate mint came in 10 lb bags. Thats the best flavor by far.

Never had the cookies n' cream. Ive had the rockyroad Pro Complex. I thought it was decent. I also had the strawberry whey. I didnt like it. I had to mix sugar in it to sweeten it up to be able to drink it. The vanilla was the worst. I ended up going back to GNC and trading it in for some chocolate.

o i liked the vanilla. It was a good change up. It went great with my postworkout cinnamon and raisin bagel.

Honestly man ive had 3x 5lb tubs 4x 10lb bags and more such as 4x 2lb tubs of ON 100% whey. Ive also taken Muscle milk quite a bit too.

I GARUNTEE after 1 week of taking ON 100% whey double chocolate ull like the taste more than like a chocolate shake or chocolate milk. Its rediculously good. I just bought another 10lb bag too and got the double chocolate. Great protein, great cut shake, great low carb shake, great tasting product.

EDIT: Btw i just picked up the 10lb bag for $56 including 2day shipping.

Personally I think the double chocolate ON Whey tastes like arse but I'm not taking it for the flavor. I'll be trying chocolate mint next.

The best tasting protein out there is probably 100% lean and clean by synergestic nutrition. I challenge any of you to find a better tasting protein. Once you try it you'll think ON double chocolate tastes like pure arse too. 100% lean and clean is really expensive though. 40 bucks for 2 lbs.

Totally agree...but if you put your ON in last, as far as shakes go, blenders etc., it reduces the gas effect. Just put it in for a second or two at the end. For some reason leaving it in there too long makes the shake have that effect, especially in a blender.
