Default flax or 3.6.9 oils

I had to stop my flax seed and fish oils 3-6-9 , they were giving me stomach pains , I narrowed it down to these 2 and so far it this is what seems to have given me stomach pains for a few weeks now.
I've stopped for a week and a half and the pains are almost all gone.

Is there something I could take to replace these 2 supps or is it good to be off of them for awhile?

Thks

That sounds really dodgy .
Surely the stomach pains would have eased straight after stopping the pills.
Do you get stomach pains eating tuna or salmon?

Try narrowing it down to either fish oil caps or the flaxseed caps. Once you've done that, use the one that doesn't give you a dodgy stomach & take an Evening Primrose cap with it (it's high in the omega 6's).

I read an article on this. Its most likely your fish oil pills. Reason being, they could be low quality. Do they taste fishy or anything? B/c they shouldn't. Fish Oil pills are one thing that you dont want to skimp on the money, you really will get what you pay for.

Sorry i edited my post it should "shouldnt taste fishy"

I've been looking into this. What's the best fish oil out there? I've been using GNC but I want to get a salmon based one.

I think it is the Flax seed pills, I 'll wait a couple of weeks and try them again.
I've taken the 3-6-9's and they don't seem to bother me has of yet.

That's a definite with those oils after opening...they're often sold refrigerated as well. Flax oil goes rancid really quickly. Even Vit E capsules, if you're not using them quickly enough, can go bad at room temp.

I'd probably biff them both out & get some more - once they go bad, they stay bad!

Multi-flora

My basic morning are supps is my multi-powder, my Mono Viral & my flaxseed & fish oil caps (1 of each). Sometimes I have an Evening Primrose cap later in the day, but only when I remember.

That Mono Viral has kept me from getting any colds over winter (and on a side note, if bird flu ever takes off (which I strongly doubt) large doses of vitamin C will keep you from contracting it - the pharmacuetical companies don't want you to know this).
