I had to stop my flax seed and fish oils 3-6-9 , they were giving me stomach pains , I narrowed it down to these 2 and so far it this is what seems to have given me stomach pains for a few weeks now.
I've stopped for a week and a half and the pains are almost all gone. Is there something I could take to replace these 2 supps or is it good to be off of them for awhile? Thks |

Multi-flora
My basic morning are supps is my multi-powder, my Mono Viral & my flaxseed & fish oil caps (1 of each). Sometimes I have an Evening Primrose cap later in the day, but only when I remember. That Mono Viral has kept me from getting any colds over winter (and on a side note, if bird flu ever takes off (which I strongly doubt) large doses of vitamin C will keep you from contracting it - the pharmacuetical companies don't want you to know this). |
