gorgon2k has a spectacular aura about
Default serious winter bulk

ok guys, i plan to begin my first real long, serious bulk. i lost some 50lbs last winter, got down to bout 185 and maybe 10%bf. i did a small bulk in july and couldnt gain any weight. i ate like a champ and all but hmm.. any ways, i plan to do a 45-60day bulk. now besides eating right i plan to do creatine and definetly plenty of protein shakes. now is there anything else supplement wise that will help me gain that weight, but in a clean way, and not turn me into a fat load. my previous bulk i pretty much ate as much as i possibly could.

You have the right idea in eating lots of food.

As for supplement wise, looks like you got it covered. I may recommend a multi-vitamin and some fish oil. I also think a joint supplement is good to have as well.

Only if you feel you cant eat enough whole foods. The only reason why I even use as much protein shakes and bars right now is b/c i dont have access to food whenever i need it.

It wouldnt be too bad if you drink 1 a day for a quick boost in protein and calories just dont rely on it and have it start replacing actual food.
