the stuff is good. drink it alone or blended with frozen fruit.
as for the gf-1 i did look it up and it was teseted on performance athletes but at a dose of 60g of the stuff.
(i'm ordering something called bovine colostrum that also has concentrations of these immunoglobulins ....like the gf-1's.)
i'm only half way through my tub but yes, raspberry lemonade does taste good!!! and am crossing my fingers on the colostrum....stuff is priceee.
