I've been lifting on off for the past 2-3 years, after about a 6 month break I've decided to start again this coming Monday, I've got whey protein, gluatamine, celltech, and some bcaa's on their way.
My question is, I know that I should start on the whey straight away but should I wait a few weeks/months until I start to take the other supps or should I start using these from Monday too? |

Yeah I know, supps are just the icing on the cake so to speak. I was just curious if I would be wasting my money by using the supps straight away instead of waiting to get back into the swing of things before using them. Thanks guys
