Default about to start lifting again

I've been lifting on off for the past 2-3 years, after about a 6 month break I've decided to start again this coming Monday, I've got whey protein, gluatamine, celltech, and some bcaa's on their way.

My question is, I know that I should start on the whey straight away but should I wait a few weeks/months until I start to take the other supps or should I start using these from Monday too?

i suppose u could wait on the cell-tech, its optional tho...

Default Diet is the key!!!

You can go ahead and take the supplements now. But, just remember that the supplements won't do jack for you if your diet is not in check.

Yeah I know, supps are just the icing on the cake so to speak. I was just curious if I would be wasting my money by using the supps straight away instead of waiting to get back into the swing of things before using them. Thanks guys
