I'm going to start bulking next week after a year or so break, I've got ON 100% Whey and... Cell Tech
Are there any other supps that I need, been reading about Glutamine as I get terrible DOMS. How about this? I'm guessing supermarket multivitamins aren't going to be good enough either lol |

i wouldn't consider whey protein a supp.
as for missing supps, how about: CEE multivitamines taurine alcar green tea vitC fish oil olive oil/ flaxseed oil (if you want to consider it an supp) for a start? have you worked out your diet? how much protein, how often do you eat? fats, carbs? |
