does anyone here have any info regarding endothil-cr. I have read up on it in a magazine which was an ad by novex biotech. And it seems that this same ad is on the bodybuilding.com and other informative sites. I want to know about the people who have used it, and the truth behind this product. They claim that this product is better than juice, because its legal. Any info would be of help, I am just trying to do my research on this product.
thanks |

ps. i know some people in this forum have asked about this, and they have said that some reputable magazines have said good things about it. I am looking for Proper studies done on this, not the ones claimed by the company, which i also hear that it has a shady reputation.

Its basically just green tomato extract. Nothing spectacular there. I dont know anyone who has taken it and I havent seen any raving reviews out there on it.
I personally wouldnt take it. Oh, and Im moving this out of the anabolic steroid section.

i am horridly embarrassed to say that i fell for the marketing and tried it...it just tastes like **** and gives u green tomato extract and b-vitamins...u could get more vits from a b-vitamin complex for $3/bottle of 100 and green tomato extract is probably worthless...i would suggest that u dont buy it, but then again some1 else on here said he liked it so i'd wait for a few more responses

I'll be the first to admit the indgredients don't suggest it's a good product. I stand by my statement though that Endothil-CR is a good supplement and I do recommend it. It does need to be cycled after the second box though.
You have to train hard for it to be effective. A lot of the routines I see on here and a lot of people I see in the gym don't target specific muscles groups hard enough imo. Circuit training doesn't get the job done. Now, one can conclude that the hard training is what gives the results, not the supplement. I agree there's absolutely no substitute for hard training but aided with good supplements will give better results. I was in a serious rut, I took Endothil-CR and every single one of my sets wen't up in weight within 2 weeks. People were telling me I was looking bigger everyday. Coincidence? I personally doubt it. Endothil was the only change I had made with my diet and supps. |
